No it isn't a Tidal issue just the sad truth that the only versions available on any streaming service tend to be the latest ones. It is hard to tell if this version is a remix or a remaster but either way, changing the overall volume of a track halfway through seems a very odd decision to make. The only Genesis albums available seem to be the latest remixes and they get widely criticized as well.
