I am wondering if all 3 players offline are receivers? I say that because, in my experience, that is exactly what happens (often) with my receivers on wifi with a network exception. They "lock up" (white light, controller still sees them but non responsive). I would reset the receiver and controller and bring them back up together. I can't say I have seen this with touch, radios, boom where a power down/up wouldn't fix it. I don't think the receivers handle the exception the way the other players do. I got pretty good and entering my network password with the scroll wheel :) I gave up trying to use receivers on wifi.
