The screen is really nice, 480x640, can be used landscape or portrait, left handed or right handed. I don't know how big the 770 screen is but the axim is 2.5 in. x 3.0 in. With that much resolution, having a bigger screen is important or you can't read it anyway as someone else pointed out.
It is b only but that shouldn't be an issue for control, unless you're worried about the effect on your network as a whole. It also has bluetooth, 2 expansion slots (SD and CF), speaker, mic, 624 mhz processor and 3d graphics accelerator.
