Although the 770's preordered via Nokia weeks ago won't ship for a while, the 770 can now be bought at some CompUSAs. I got sick of waiting and bought one today in Chicago. It's $399.99 though... (but I was gonna pay for next day air via Nokia so it's not that off).
You can do a "quick" check of stock via this URL: http://tinyurl.com/7sq7h Change the last digits to your ZIP code. If a store shows some availablity call the direct to make sure. Most employees don't even know they have them. The store I went to had 2...
