The remote doesn't use JVC codes. Slimserver just happens (by default) to accept them. This is easy to disable (which is good, because I happen to have a JVC tv and would rather not be mucking with TV volume when I want to change SB volume...).
Other than that I don't see anything that stands out as wrong, though I'm not sure if I would limit it to techno people... seriously addicted music junkies can deal with it.
