There is actually a small bug in the handling of that pref that will
make it ineffective with the official 6.2.1. 6.2.2 nightly builds will
correctly use that setting for any alarm. There will be no UI for the
pref until 6.5 as 6.2.2 is locked down for fixes only, no new features.
