Quoting mcremer <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>:
Tried to convert the files POP3.pm and Email.pm to Unix Linebreaks, but
the result is still the same: No E-Mail Plugin showing up, neither in
the plugins section on the web interface, nor on the equivalent menu
item on the SB2 itself.
To avoid any possible misunderstanding: I stored the two above
mentioned files in the folder
C:\Programme\SlimServer\server\Plugins\Net and restarted the slimserver
application. Then anything called "E-Mail" or "Pop3" should have
appeared on both, the web interface and the squeezebox plugins menu,
right?
C:\Programme\SlimServer\server\Plugins\Email.pm
C:\Programme\SlimServer\server\Plugins\Net\POP3.pm
1) stop the server.
2) open a command line window:
START->Programmes->Accessories->Command Prompt
3) start slimserver:
C:\Programme\SlimServer\server\slim.exe --d_plugins
4) Watch for any mention of Email.pm or POP email checker
