Hi Have you tried all the SB outputs? (Analogue/digital/headphone) This sounds more like an audio connection/ampplification issue than that of the squeezebox. If all the outputs are displaying the same behaviour, then it *could* be a hardware issue. Certainly doesn't sound like a connection/server issue. Post back with the results...
