Saw the same thing right around Christmas. 2005 was only listing about 10 CDs all of the sudden. I deleted the database file and had the system re-read - partial success. Ended up deleting the DB and installing the nightly builds a few nights in a row. THe current one I have seems to have corrected the problem.
