I tried regressing, but that was a flop. I couldn't get the previous version to work (unless there are files to be deleted that I am unaware of. I am a Mac user, incidentally). However, I know what's happening (not with the random mix; just the one song thing). Here goes:
I was clearing out my iTunes library file (again) and reseting the path (again) and noticed this: The reason Slimserver scans quickly, stops, and gives me one song...is that, for some reason, there is one song from one recently scanned album in the "main" iTunes music folder. This is a problem, because ALL of my music is on an external hard drive. Slimserver, for some reason, is no longer picking up on that fact. It begs the reason, of course, of why iTunes imported one song into the wrong directory... I can't believe this is becoming so complicated. -- highdudgeon ------------------------------------------------------------------------ highdudgeon's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=2195 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=19622 _______________________________________________ Discuss mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/lists/listinfo/discuss
