It doesn't work with http://localhost (my IP): 9000 or http://127.0.0.1:9000/ !
As long as you don't run slimserver on the PSP (which I'm sure you don't) you'll have to put the server's IP or address. Something like http://slimserver:9000 or http://192.168.1.2:9000
