It definitely feels like I'm hitting something solid. 
It's not that tight going in, but the feeling
definitely changes for the last bit.

I can barely feel metal contacts as it goes in, but
it's quite, quite solid when it hits the back. 
There's no give at all - it doesn't feel like I'm
pushing against a metal contact that's trying to move
out of the way.
