I posted to a PSP thread a few weeks ago and no one seemed to be running 6.5 (rash generalization: PSP users = WinXP users = Problems with 6.5; 770 users = Linux/OSX users = 6.5 works fine). I think the skin should work fine in a non-touchscreen environment, although I'm not sure the screen dimensions of the PSP will be quite right for the skin.
