Aha...cool.  It's very unusual stuff - doesn't 
feel like a coating at all.  One of the reasons 
it's so hard to detect was that it was applied so 
uniformly.

The downside, as others have indicated, is that it 
sucks up dirt and is very hard to clean, being porous.

High-impact PS would put it with 99% of the rest 
of electronics equipment.
