Hm... this looks perfectly fine to me (I get the same output) :-/.
Let's check some basics: which OS are you using? What perl version?
I guess it's Windows (what version?) and you're using the compiled binary.
Do you have perl installed on your system? If you do, could you try to run
the perl version?
