I have an ipaq 5450 and considered using it to drive my slimserver, but abandoned the idea in favour of the 770 for the following reasons: 1) WLAN support is flaky at best. Next to non-existent support from HP on this issue. Real problems with firmware upgrades. 2) As stated, I have a bad memory and forgetting to dock the Ipaq means that I have to restore from a backup (this also means I am forced to participate in the "how to copy and paste" tutorial every time. 3) It's an MS OS! Given that, I usually need to reboot my Ipaq at least once a day if the WLAN is activated.
