It's available as part of the Windows Server 2003 Resource Kit Tools available here: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=9d467a69-57ff-4ae7-96ee-b18c4790cffd&displaylang=en The help is quite good. I can't remember what commands you'd use offhand, but I recall it's syntax being quite easy to pick up. Just have a practice on some test files first.
