It is based off DSL. I had it installed on a CD before but for some reason now I can't get it to install to a CD either. I must be doing something wrong. I want to try to keep the Linux OS as small as possible. Even SlimCD has more than I need to run. I will not need a GUI but since I have no knowledge of linux I have a lot of learning to do. I found something called Linux from Scratch which I am looking into. Any help or direction would be appreciated. Thanks
