support issued an RMA. use it.

if you want help here, explain the NATURE of the problem, instead of just venting frustration over support (which most people here have found to be very good), and very little of the actual details of the problem.

As a side note, I've noticed that it throwing a "I do this for a living and much better" doesn't often result in favourable responses. Simple observation. hope that helps.
