OK, I'll work off of the DOM adapter (and possibly substitute my own cable). Any hints on getting the HD bracket off (that covers the DOM chip)? I'm most familiar with Fedora, but I can see your point. I'd go the DSL route, but it seems from a post above that a distro using udev has a better chance of catching most of the hardware -- especially the touch screen -- and last I knew Damn Small Linux was not using a udev kernel yet. Any thoughts on other distros -- and I'm not looking to start a war on which is best for everything ;-) Also, I notice that you were willing to upload an image of your CF boot disk earlier. If I can open up an FTP site, would you be willing to upload it to me?
