It appears to be failing at trying to establish a connection with the router, the logs don't show a failed connection as it doesn't appear to be getting that far! The Wireless router is being used as a DHCP Server and I've added the complete range into the firewall just to make sure it isn't that. I've completely reset the router and set it up again, but still have the same problem.
