Thanks. It turns out that I'd completely forgotten that I shouldn't copy the DBI folder and certain other parts of the SS build over to the Linkstation. Once I'd removed those and waited 2 hours for a rebuild all was well.
Whilst I've got you though :) Can I ask what settings you have for Database Temporary File Tuning (SQLite) & Database Cache Size Tuning (SQLite) under Performance ?? I haven't tweaked them from their defaults - have you ?
