I remember reading threads about memory upgrading on the Yahoo Linkstation group and if I remember correctly, this was not a very feasible solution...
I have an HG300 and the main difficulty is with flashing this unit with a "hackable" version of the OS. I finally caved in and physically opened up my box and connected the hard disk to my PC so that I could "plant" a telnet on the box.
