7135 is tagged at 6_2_2_FC1, and Dan has reported that the official release is a match for the FC1 build. There is no 6_2_2 tag.
The fix for ordering went in at 7128, and inserts albums.titlesort as the first sort parameter for tracks. If this is present, then album title should prevail over track number. Given a single album, then you get disc->tracknum->track title
This should be the same regardless of the skin used, though I would have to admit that inconsistencies do remain in the skins (to what extent I am not sure). All work to make skins more consistent has been part of the 6.5 process.
