1. Is the station you adding the same one in the event log ? 2. What stations have you enabled in AlienBBC ?
I suspect something in the Preferences files is being reloaded and causing the crash each time. Save a copy of the preferences file. To see if it is AlienBBC related - you could delete the Alien directory in Plugins or just rename Plugin.pm in Alien to something else (e.g. xxPlugin.pm).
