No thanks, I hacked up a protocol handler based on the RTSP one where the user has to change the AACplus URL to accp instead of http. It worked but it means users cannot use .pls links as provided by sky and soma so it wouldn't be easy to use.
I think the solution is to mod faad2. The changes are not hard.
