Yep, I use it all the time. Picard is a bit smarter than the old tagger, though the interface is odd (though I'm just used to the old tagger...). Since I have another 200 CD's to rip.. I rely on it.
If you're good or if your taste is... odd, get a moderator flag on Musicbrainz and help make the database pretty.
