Unfairly? What's fairness got to do with anything? This is an appliance, don't get sentimental about it. A web interface is great because it provides a lowest common denominator that can be used from almost any computing platform, but it's not ideal as far as usability goes. The silly page reloads are clunky and cause problems with filling out forms in Firefox (when an SS window is active in the background). Controlling multiple players (volume + synch) is incredibly imprecise and clunky and requires lots of clicking. A dedicated client program that runs on the main desktop platforms (Win + OS/X) could be an incredible improvement to the system. Or am I being unfair now?
