I had same issue only last week end, in that I could access the Qnap
web front end on Port 6000, but NOT the SB on Port 9000. After a few
panic moments, logic said to me - try powereing down my PC, Router &
Qnap........and when it powered up all was OK with SB being accessible
on Port 9000 as before.
