This sort of thing has been driving me up the wall for many months now... I have to disconnect and re-map all of the drives using the Install Wizard EVERY time I restart a computer. The drives remain correctly mapped if a computer is started from hibernation, though. If I try to navigate to a drive after a computer reboot only the 'public' drive is accessible. The others ask for a password, but then say something like that drive or password is assigned to another user. The only cure is to disconnect all the drives (the 'public' drive must also be disconnected, even thought it is accessible) and re-map them from scratch. Only then is the correct password accepted, allowing me to complete the mapping process. This has to be repeated for all the computers on my network every time they are switched on!!! A previous Qnap ts-101 that was returned due to an unrelated fault did not have this problem.
