OK - Uninstalled the TrackStat directory and I seem to be back to normal.
Would it be a renegade suggestion for a fresh install of Slimserver to write over the previous installs completely, including the known outdated/incompatible plugins? I guess the nightly testers would be miffed about that - but the 'casual user' might have a smoother upgrade ride. Dunno.
