Congrats to the Slim team!!

Well, only time will tell what will happen. Will Sean stick with
Logitech over the long haul, which is easy to say "yes" to now.
However, the soul and excitement of creating and fostering a successful
startup becomes lost in sea of politics, budgets and profit margins, and
differences in philosophies.

What made SD successful was and is it's people and culture. Often
times that is what is lost during an M&A, nothing will probably change
for the first 12 months. Then frustration sets in around 18 to 24
months from now, the thought leaders at SD will leave to find more
lucrative and newer opportunities. The Slim brand loses it's simple
undeterred focus and becomes lost in diversification and blurred
product lines and focus on glitzy features over sound quality.

Hopefully I'm wrong, dead wrong, but as someone who worked through a
small startup and then got acquired by 16,000 person software
workhorse, there are constantly talks about the good 'ol days.
