OH! That's Windows Defender. Somewhere in your Start - Programs menu you should have a "fortress" icon for Windows Defender. Open it, go to Tools. In Options, you can choose to disable real-time monitoring completely. But explore around the Tools menus, you should be able to find where it's walled-off poor old Slim and you should be able to tell it that Slim is safe.
