Dagordon, you're right that allofmp3 does give you something the others
don't. Properly ripped FLACs are indeed nice. That makes it equivalent
to a really nice P2P service! ;)

To be clear, I'm not an expert on legal issues. Therefore I can't tell
you whether allofmp3 is breaking any applicable law. However, the fact
that the musicians are not seeing any money gives some clue as to
whether it is a 'proper' business model.

For comparison, here in the Netherlands it is not illegal to download
copyrighted material, only to upload it. Even so, that doesn't make it
the right thing to do.
