Can't be that. My server PC never goes into hibernation or standby. It's generally always on with the SlimServer service always running in the background. I will try going through the connection settings on my SB again. It sounds a little different for me, though, because I'm not even restarting SlimServer and this happens every night. I might reboot my PC once a week or so, but other than that SlimServer runs at startup and stays in the background all the time. At some point during the day the player just loses its connection with SS. By the way, do you mind pointing me in the right direction on how to assign a static IP address to my server PC? I have Windows XP Pro.
