Funny, I emailed them the other week (about an admittedly reasonably
straightforward thing that I've since resolved) and have yet to get an
answer apart from the automated acknowledgement.

@crawler: makes sense in general, but what's baffling me is the
flip-flop between power down and startup for no apparent reason.
