I upgraded to 6.5 several weeks ago and have had problems ever since. 
So yesterday I tried upgrading to 6.5.1, downgrading to 6.3, twice
each, and I'm still having problems, and am starting to get mad.  I had
had nothing but the highest respect for this product and now I have no
access to my music, podcasts, etc, even after spending hours trying to
fix it.  

My current effort:  Back to 6.3, after uninstalling 6.5/deleting the
directory/installing 6.3 into a newly named directory.  After
downgrading the software on the player, things initially appear fine,
but then the player stops connecting with computer and I get all these
'can't connect' messages. I can get it running, but it keeps freezing
up, starting the song over, etc.  Same thing when I try the latest
6.5.1.

So, I can't make 6.5 work, I can't make 6.3 work.  What now?!  And why
hasn't anyone else posted on this threat in two weeks?  Has there been
a fix that somehow I am not accessing or has everyone suffering from
this just given up?
