I haven't tried this but... if you go to Control Panel - Admin - Services you should see a list of the services on your computer, one of which is slimserver. Select it and click "properties" - at the bottom of the dialog there is a box to add command line parameters. Try putting --noupnp in there, with automatic start for the service, reboot the computer and see what happens...
