I can find them with the browse files option. But searching does not work. This was the case in SS6.2 and SS6.5 for exactly the same albums.
What OS? Do the files containt any non-latin characters? Did you check permissions on the files and the folder containing the file?
Please turn on debugging (Server Settings/Debugging: d_scan, d_files) and search the log for information about your files.
