I agree that formal release every month doesn't make sense, but 6.5.0 in my opinion was rushed due to a major hardware release; it has *many* issues and is crying for a formal maintenance update. More importantly, there is also a cost in distributing and maintaining a daily release. At some point the 6.5.1 development process will stop; I'm just wondering when that might be. I'm simply asking for some insight into what Slim's criteria for the 6.5.1 (or any) release are and when *they* feel the release is ready. As kdf said, who says the current nightly isn't the one -- but *no one knows*. Can someone from Slim please comment?
