If you reinstalled XP completely, it could be that the new installation has not given read permission on your music folder to normal users. This often happens with NTFS drives. SlimServer may run as as a service, which may have reduced privileges. Check your permissions, making sure that all users can read the music folder and not just administrators. Ben
