Updated to 6.51 on both home (xp home with IE7) and work (xp pro with IE6). In both cases installing over the existing did not work, and I had to erase previous install and reinstall plugins. In both cases after fresh install slimserver would not start automatically at system start-up, at home would not start at all untill I installed the FAQ recommended web proxy address, but now the RSS feeds do not work. So far scanning has worked fine. I am at a loss as to why a product would be released that does not work without substantial tweaking on relatively standard systems when the previous version worked easily on them.
So far the scanning process has seemed fine.
