I didn't check to see if slim.exe was running (I'm back on 6.5.0 now!) but when I did a clean install of 6.5.1 I deleted the entire C:\Program Files\Slimserver directory with all its contents so presumably the cache is not the problem. The slimserver icon was in the system tray. When I clicked it and selected 'open slimserver' the IE window opened with the message 'connecting' - but it never ever actually connected. -- mphearn ------------------------------------------------------------------------ mphearn's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=1764 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=31826 _______________________________________________ discuss mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/lists/listinfo/discuss
