I found that once I used "Album.jpg" and NOT "Album.jpeg", I was getting my covers to show. Try typing %Cover under the Artwork text window and Cover.jpg under the Artwork Thumbnail test window. Then go into a flac album folder and change that artwork folder to cover.jpg and see if that works.
