I have a large FLAC library (~50k songs) but damnit, it shouldn't take hours to scan just because it is located on a NAS, especially not when the same library scans in under 20 minutes under Linux. I'm annoyed that I started a scan operation ovr four hours ago, came back to the house after being out for most of the afternoon only to find the damned thing is still scanning - with scanning set to highest priority.
