If you are using SlimServer 6.5.x the data is stored in a MySQL
database, you can access it using some database query tools by
installing MySQL database drivers (For example ODBC or JDBC).
SlimServer 6.3 and earlier is storing the information in a SQLite
database which also can be access using database query tools, but I
think the number of available tools for SQLite might be bit more
limited.
