When run as services Slimserver and MySqld crashes will make entries in
the Windows Event log.

You should look through the event log and find the "one point" and then
look at the entry about why MySqld stopped and then also the subsequent
entry about Slimserver stopping. 

Unless you clear your event log - should have a history of the MySqld
stopping events and you can see if the cause is the same.
