Have you looked at Tannoy? You won't find them at the typical Hi-Fi store as they're made in Scotland and are recognized for their Pro Studio Monitoring systems. My living room 5.1 system is Tannoy controlroom monitors and they've got some GREAT in-ceiling/in-wall systems.
You should be able to find them online from commercial installation companies if not eBay.
