Those logs show the socketwrapper is being used and you are transcoding.
It looks like you left WAV->FLAC enabled.

The problem is socketwrapper and probably some network or security s/w
is blocking it.

You can either replace socketwrapper by an update if you wish to use
transcoding or disable the relevant conversion to disable transcoding.

I am interested to know what s/w is causing this problem - can you open
a command box (Dos box) and issue this command

netsh winsock show catalog >netshlog.txt

This will create file called netshlog.txt detailing what network s/w is
installed. Can you attach it to a post.
