I ordered my TP direct from slim as a preorder and the total bill was around the same as the UK rrp but I did get the free SB3 included. As for UPS, my order took 20 hours from dispatch to delivery in the UK and UPS rang me for payment of the VAT on a credit card when it came into the country.
